Donum’s first major project is a scholarship program for anesthesiology residents. The choice of this specialty is intentional: anesthesiology plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of surgical procedures, yet the healthcare system continues to face a significant shortage of qualified anesthesiologists.
This scholarship initiative provides young medical professionals with the financial support they need to fully focus on their training. By investing in their development, Donum aims to improve both individual careers and broader outcomes in patient care.
